Postage

Nobody likes postage charges, so we don't have any! All our products* are shipped with FREE 1^st class UK and international postage. Yep, you get free postage, even if you live in outer Mongolia.

* Due to customer demand, we have decided to make our Lightload pack towels and TRUST deodorant available internationally. Regrettably we need to apply a postage surcharge to cover the increased shipping charges on these products.

(To keep our prices low, a minimum order value of £10 is applied to international orders.)

UK Orders

We post UK orders free of charge by Royal Mail 1^st class post. They should arrive in 1-2 working days (including Saturday).

You can upgrade to Next Day delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3.99 if ordered and paid in full by 1pm.

International Orders

We post our international orders free of charge by Royal Mail International Standard post. This is an airmail service which should take around 7-10 working days. Sometimes it arrives sooner than that: in a couple of cases, it arrived next day in France, however sometimes it takes longer, especially if there is customs processing.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked from £5.99 in Europe and £7.99 elsewhere. This may arrive a day or two earlier and comes with tracking.

Customs charges, import duties and VAT

Our gear is shipped from the UK. International orders may incur customs charges including import tax, VAT/sales tax, handling fees, etc. We have no control over these charges, and we have to attach an accurate customs declaration form to all international sales. Please double check you are OK with these charges before you order.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch most orders same day or next day. There may be an extra day of delay at unusually busy times, or if you have asked us to make custom modifications to your gear.
