Delivery Information

At Wild Sky Gear, we aim to get your order to you quickly, reliably, and at a fair cost. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Your order will be processed and dispatched without undue delay, usually within 3 working days after payment has been taken.

  • We normally ship within 1–2 working days.
  • If there is any delay (for example, during peak periods or when we are away on the trail), we will post a notice on the website and at checkout.

UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery

  • All UK orders are sent free of charge via Royal Mail 1st Class.
  • Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class post the next working day (not guaranteed).

Upgrades Available

  • If you need your order sooner, you can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery at checkout for an additional charge.

International Delivery

Standard International Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free International Shipping by Royal Mail International Standard on all orders of £9.99 or more. Due to customer demand, we have made our Lightload pack towels and TRUST deodorant available internationally. These items, along with a small number of other products, include a delivery supplement to cover the additional cost of supplying them internationally.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: Typically 5–7 working days from dispatch
  • Rest of the World: Typically 7–10 working days from dispatch
  • Timescales are estimates and do not include delays caused by customs processing.

Travelling to the UK?

Are you planning a trip to the UK for business or pleasure and need your gear delivered while you are here?

We can ship your order to a UK address ahead of your arrival, including a hotel, family member or friend. We will prioritise dispatch and work with you to align delivery with your travel dates, provided we receive a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your required delivery date. Where possible, additional notice is always recommended.

This means your gear can be ready and waiting when you arrive, without needing to coordinate delivery at home or worry about parcels arriving while you are away.

This service is available on orders of £50 or more and applies to all in-stock items as well as tarps, including customised options.

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm timings and select the most appropriate delivery service for your schedule. Royal Mail Tracked 24 can provide additional reassurance. If you require delivery on a specific date, Special Delivery may be suitable, but the delivery date must be agreed with us in advance.

Please ensure the delivery location is willing to accept parcels on your behalf and that the name on the order matches the booking where applicable. While we will dispatch in good time using the agreed service, delivery remains subject to Royal Mail performance and any unforeseen postal disruption. Where possible, we recommend allowing a small buffer before your arrival date.

Tracking

  • UK orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class are not tracked in transit, but parcels are scanned and delivery is confirmed at the point of delivery.
  • UK upgrades and some international services include tracking; details will appear in your dispatch email when applicable.
  • Royal Mail International Standard is an untracked service. If you require tracking, please select a tracked option at checkout.

Lead Times

We work hard to keep our gear in stock, so unless otherwise stated, all our products have no lead times and will ship immediately.

If an item is out of stock, you can request an email notification when it becomes available again by clicking the “Email me when back in stock” link on the product page. We will not use the email address you provide for any purpose other than sending this notification.
